Job Description

We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist property manager on all facets of property management

Work with maintenance team to ensure rent ready units

Host resident events and tour prospects

Prepare lease agreements, credit review and marketing of property

Educate prospects and residents of property amenities and procedures

Verify and disclose property facts to prospective renters

Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields

Familiarity with fair housing and lease agreements

Ability to build rapport with clients and residents

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompany Description
