Position: TECHINT Analyst

LCAT: Senior

Location: Reston, Va

Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with willingness to take CI poly

Education/experience requirements: 10+ years experience and master's degree OR 14+ years and bachelor's degree

Qualifications

Experience in GEOINT analysis with ArcGIS and Imagery expertise.

10 years of professional experience working in in geophysical Technical Intelligence processing, exploiting, and/or analyzing data from multiple sources and development of systems that acquire the associated TECHINT data.

Possess an advanced degree in a technical discipline OR an additional four years of related work experience.

Significant recent experience in TECHINT analysis training/techniques/tools, producing TECHINT exploitation and signature reports, products, and databases, creating data products and support/develop associated systems

Responsibilities

Develop, process, and evaluate TECHINT data

Produce prototype TECHINT exploitation and signature reports, products and databases

Support the development of associated systems which acquire TECHINT data including, but not limited to, seismic, acoustic, infrasound, very low frequency and extremely low frequency electromagnetic sources

Participate in scientific panel reviews of ongoing and new technology developments pertaining to TECHINT capabilitiesOther qualifications

Experience in technically-derived data from multiple sources to include MASINT, IMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and HUMINT

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within or lead a team of peers, as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Ability to communicate highly technical analyses at a level comprehensible to laymen and senior-level government representatives.

Expert knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
