Graduate Assistant Football Coach

Serves as a graduate assistant football coach.

performs other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Senior Director of Athletics.

Reports to: Head Football Coach/Senior Director of Athletics Duties and Responsibilities: * Coaches a specific assigned position.

* Actively recruits new students from a specific assigned area.

* Maintains all requested charts, statistics, film breakdown, practice planning, etc.

* Works with Athletic Training staff concerning medical room operations, health services, exams, referrals, etc.

* Assists head coach in overseeing the study table and weight room.

* Maintains awareness of and follows all NCAA and college rules.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: * Related Bachelor's degree, plus any related coaching experience or equivalent.

* Evidence of excellent coaching skills and demonstrated organizational ability to recruit student-athletes and implement a competitive football program.

* Ability to quickly build rapport and to communicate effectively with a diverse population.

* Ability to coach an assigned team position.
