Experience, skills and attributes that we are looking for: * Culinary degree or similar from a reputable institution.

* Proven track record of success as a Head Chef or Chef de Cuisine in luxury resorts or high:end restaurants in International settings * Extensive knowledge of both Western and Asian cooking techniques and marriage of flavours.

* Demonstrates ability to develop and execute creative, trendsetting menus.

* Passion for exploring new culinary trends and incorporating them into the resorts offerings.

* Strong leadership and management abilities to guide and motivate the culinary team.

* Excellent communication * Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.

* Attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics in culinary creations.
