Job Summary:

The Maintenance Tech will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities within the organization. They will perform regular inspections, troubleshoot issues, and carry out preventive maintenance to keep everything in working order.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.

- Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

- Ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues.

- Performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure machinery and equipment function efficiently.

- Repairing or replacing defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.

- Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

- Collaborating with other maintenance staff to complete projects in a timely manner.

- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

- Documenting maintenance and repair activities for record-keeping purposes.
