We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Mechanic to be responsible for the routine care and preventative maintenance of buildings, grounds and equipment for multiple sites.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Repairing walls, doors and windows

Make minor repairs to equipment and appliances; perform carpentry tasks; minor plumbing maintenance tasks

Install replacement light bulbs and perform minor electrical preventive maintenance tasks;

Respond to emergencies on an as needed basis

Detect, inspect and trouble shoot building issues, equipment and grounds and take necessary corrective action as needed and seasonal ground care tasks

Maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.

Successful candidate will possess:

HS diploma or equivalent required.

1 year of related experience in building and grounds maintenance required.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Sensitive to the work environment.

Bilingual skills preferred.

Ability to lift up to 70lbs.

Ability to pass CORI background check which may include fingerprinting
