Your Role:

As the leading force behind our most prestigious luxury construction projects, you will harness your extensive experience in residential construction project management to steer projects from the drawing board to the reality of lived luxury. Core Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of world-class luxury residential construction projects, ensuring completion is on schedule, within budget, and above industry standards.

Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively, fostering an environment of clear communication and professional respect.

Execute detailed project plans, encompassing scheduling, resources, and budget oversight.

Perform rigorous site inspections and project meetings to oversee progress, ensure adherence to plans, and troubleshoot challenges promptly.

Uphold stringent compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations.

Build and maintain robust client relationships, deeply understanding their visions to guarantee satisfaction.

Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders, offering insightful project updates.

What We Expect:

At least 5 years of proven experience in managing luxury residential construction projects.

Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.

Mastery of project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a knack for inspiring and uniting diverse project teams.

Superior communication and negotiation skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.

The ability to juggle multiple projects with finesse and resolve issues proactively.
