We are seeking an Operational Administrative Support person to become the critical link between the field and the office. This new position will be a year around, salaried position that will pay according to skill set and experience. If you have strong computer and communication skills, thorough attention to detail, landscape and snow industry knowledge, and a desire to work with people, TCLA may be the next great step to transform your career.Requirements:

In this role, you will:

Utilize your excellent administrative and computer skills to maintain and manage current systems while looking for ways to improve them.

Communicate efficiently as you work with the Team to gather information, solve problems, and find better solutions.

Enhance your industry knowledge by attending training opportunities, meetings, trade shows, and other industry events.

Become an important team asset as you provide personnel accurate and timely information and assist with promotional activities as well as community and industry outreach.

College degree preferred or 5 years’ experience. Previous bookkeeping/account experience is required.
