Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning of Indianapolis in Indianapolis, IN is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide first-class customer service as they answer questions, schedule appointments, and offer HVAC system upgrades to our clients. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Customer Service Representative, you are on the front lines, dealing directly with our customers. You make sure to keep an upbeat, positive attitude as you interact with each client over the phone. As you take incoming phone calls, you answer questions, set appointments, and schedule home visits. You help offer and upsell our HVAC products and upgrades to current and potential clients. To help all our teams work effectively together, you document accurate project details and customer concerns, monitor voicemails, and send appointment confirmations. With your friendly and warm demeanor, you follow up with clients over the phone to ensure everything is going well with their new or repaired HVAC system. You love interacting with people and take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction!

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous call center experience

Previous sales experience

Are you comfortable on the phone? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you a great active listener? Do you have strong organizational and time management skills? Are you a good team player? If yes, you might just be perfect for this call center position!

WORK SCHEDULE

This position has flexible working hours with day, evening, and weekend shifts available.
