Navitas Business Consulting is on the lookout for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team at the headquarters in Herndon, VA. This pivotal role requires the individual to compile requirements into actionable proposals, create project schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, capability matrices, and liaise with both internal and external parties to adhere to deadlines.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research, write, and organize information in a manner that is both professional and credible.

- Revise proposals based on feedback from executives and colleagues.

- Develop project schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, capability matrices, and ensure coordination with all parties involved to meet project timelines.

Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience in proposal writing for the US Federal Government and/or State & Local Government.

- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Skilled in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

- Participation in meetings and the ability to spot opportunities for proposal development.
