A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

In this position, you play a vital role in our company. Every day, you arrive at our airport ready to perform a variety of important tasks including daily maintenance, fueling aircrafts, assisting in moving aircrafts in and out of hangers, and other aviation services.

Using your outstanding customer service skills, you greet clients and handle inquiries. Using your verbal and written skills, you communicate mechanical issues to our maintenance team to help research and resolve problems.

Exhibiting great flexibility, you perform your job tasks both indoors and outdoors. You complete important additional projects and tasks as they arise. Ensuring that our planes are flight-ready gives you a deep sense of satisfaction, and you feel great knowing you are part of a successful team!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

High school diploma or equivalent required

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required

Are you detail-oriented with exceptional time management skills? Can you remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment? Can you work well independently and as part of a team? Can you communicate well, both verbally and in writing? If yes, you might just be perfect for this Line Service Technician position!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A LINE SERVICE TECHNICIAN

This position requires working Tuesday - Friday, 2:00PM - 8:00PM. Some flexibility is required.

We are a fixed-base operator (FBO) with two locations including Pittsburgh-Butler Regional Airport (KBTP) and Beaver County Airport (KBVI). As a Western Pennsylvania FBO, AirQuest provides services in range of 48 US States, as well as the Bahamas and Canada. Our FBO was founded in 2007 by entrepreneur Stephen Muck. Since then, it has grown rapidly into the region's premiere FBO, providing luxurious charters, as well as ground, maintenance, flight school, and management services.

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee. This position may require working at heights, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
