Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant/Talent Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier associate and senior-level candidates with our clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client organizations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture.

Provide clients with market insights, salary data, and industry trends to support their hiring decisions.

Collaborate closely with clients to ensure a seamless recruitment process and exceptional candidate experience.

Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber associate and senior-level candidates.

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance the recruitment process and client satisfaction.

Work collaboratively with other team members to share knowledge, insights, and best practices.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or talent partner, specializing in associate and senior-level positions.

Strong understanding of various industries and associated skill sets for different roles.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Professional certifications in recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
