Position: Royal Copenhagen Concession Manager

Location: Fiskars Denmark Concession in Magasin, Odense

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of dedicated retail professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Drive sales and exceed performance targets by implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing key performance indicators, and implementing action plans.

Ensure that every customer receives an exceptional and personalized shopping experience, instilling a passion for Royal Copenhagen's heritage and craftsmanship in both customers and staff.

Maintain a visually captivating store environment, curating inspiring product displays that showcase the beauty and versatility of Royal Copenhagen's porcelain collections.

Build and nurture relationships with customers and the local community, leveraging opportunities to increase brand awareness and drive customer loyalty.

Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to optimize sales and profitability.

Manage inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and ensure smooth store operations in collaboration with the operations team.

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a luxury or design-focused environment.

A genuine passion for design and a deep appreciation for Royal Copenhagen's heritage, craftsmanship, and collections.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed goals.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships and foster a positive team culture.

Solid business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
