What you'll do:
Coordinate execution and distribution of Lakepointe’s podcasts onto all our streaming platforms
Oversee and manage podcast calendar, schedule podcast episodes in advance and maintain communication with podcast hosts
Coordinate with Social Media Video Editor on creation of all audio and visual digital content for podcasts
Design podcast YouTube thumbnails and other promotional graphics for social media
Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
Write creative titles & description for each podcast episode
Produce social media graphics for Lakepointe’s social media platforms at a quick pace with high attention to detail, creativity, and artistic intentionality (these include weekend message thumbnails, weekend sermon quote posts, mid week encouragement graphics, stories, etc.)
Lead and empower a team of volunteers to cover photography needs in multiple campuses simultaneously during events
Support other Church Online and Social Media team needs during and other responsibilities assigned by Social Media Director
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
Proven knowledge of social media diverse contexts and uses (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
Proven experience working with podcast execution, coordination, distribution and promotion
Experience in social media graphic design, especially working with Adobe Creative Suit
