What You Will Do:

Support the design and execution of strategic, agency-wide initiatives to align organizations and operations to strategic objectives

Develop strategies, plans, briefings, and communications for strategic programs.

Analyze internal, IC, DOD, and oversight requirements and align strategy and messaging to achieve acquisition, governance, and strategy pathways.

Oversee projects and initiatives to keep senior leadership apprised of high priority issues, requirements, and developments to meet critical milestones.

Complete drafts and edit to finalize memorandums, reports, papers, and other documentation to present information in a logical manner.

Develop and communicate concise and informative management briefings, presentations, point papers, and technical reports.

Engage executive leaders and stakeholders to gather data to shape recommendations and operational designs.

Organize and synthesize data and information in format that facilitates quick and effective decision making.

Develop approaches for solving complex problems, including through stakeholder interviews and facilitated working group sessions

What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance; MUST obtain and maintain a COUNTERINTELLGENCE (CI) Polygraph

THREE (3) or more years' of experience with federal government, DoD, or intelligence community

Bachelor's Degree

Experience with strategic planning and/or operations

What Would Be Nice To Have:

Experience with headquarters military environment or C-level executive engagement

Working knowledge of NGA organizations and mission.

Experience with strategy development, strategic implementation, change management, or facilitation

Project management or change management certifications

Workshop facilitation experience
