BAE Systems is looking for a dynamic Functional Support Specialist/Administrator. The selected applicant will provide administrative support to the Program Management Office (PMO). The Individual will perform administrative and officer support activities for multiple managers. Duties may include, fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, maintain and update calendars and filing. Extensive software skills are required, as well as internet research abilities and strong communication skills. The individual will report directly to the Program Manager.
