BAE Systems is seeking a Google Workspace administrator to support our customer. This position will provide support for the client's employees and customers and will be part of an existing team who provides technical assistance for Google Workspace (GWS).
Job Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to GWS applications.
Ability to adapt communication styles depending on audience.
Ability to develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations.
Assist with development of support documentation for end user audience.
Provide issue resolution for GWS tickets coming in through the customer's ServiceNow ticketing system.
Work as a team member of the GWS support team.
Elicit requirements from customer and collaboration team for governance provisions required for supporting the DHS Google Workspaces service.
Assist with defining requirements for new features and capabilities within GWS.
Document configuration of settings in alignment with governance, and requirements and Federal IT security standards.
Assist with documentation around GWS service configuration.

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or Google workspace/G-Suite certification is preferred, but not required.
Requirements
This position requires a Top Secret clearance day one.
Work will be performed at the Mount Weather, Bluemont, VA location, or telework.
Government Furnished Equipment will be provided to the contractor to support this constraint.
Contractor must have high-speed internet at home for teleworking.
Ability to work independently and with a team of fellow support staff.
Exceptional customer support and communication skills a must. Specific Skills
Experience configuring GWS for enterprise use, this includes establishing security requirements, and managing GWS.
Understanding interactions between users/apps and the GWS account.
Experience using the GWS Admin Console to monitor aspect of the GWS.
Experience using desktop remote control tools to support users of GWS.
Demonstrated ability to interact and work with a diverse customer base.
Experience giving presentations and demonstrations of GWS applications.
Experience giving role-based access controls to GWS users.
Provide proper management practices including auditing accounts, delegating appropriate permissions, and enforcing security protocols.

Google Apps Script and AppSheet experience
Active Directory Group Policy knowledge
