Precision Staffing has joined forces with one of the largest Catholic healthcare organizations in the US to recruit a Project Coordinator for their team. This temporary position provides an excellent work environment and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule. Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

Proficiency in Excel includes expertise in pivot tables, the capability to merge various files seamlessly, and the skill to structure files effectively to guarantee readability.

Strong financial expertise includes conducting quality checks on work and understanding multi-year project expenditures.

Having experience in managing Strata clean-up involves the ability to identify projects from prior years with no spending in 2024 and providing assistance with the close-out process for completed projects.

Providing concise summaries of routine updates to the governance team.

Provide ongoing support for NTI projects, including tasks such as contract management and purchase order creation.

Overseeing incoming contingency requests and monitoring their status and approvals.

Having expertise in Strata cleanup, documenting necessary changes, obtaining approval for them, and updating Strata accordingly.

Determining multi-year projects, analyzing spending from previous years, assessing requirements for 2024, and projecting expenditures for future years.

Understanding the financial status of each 2024 project in Strata for the NTI program, confirming project managers, and verifying planned spending and timing for 2024.

Qualifications of the Project Coordinator:

2+ years of project management coordination

Experience with Strata

Bachelors degree preferred
