Job Summary
The position requires the management of head office documents (plans, records keeping, archiving).
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensures proper implementation and observation of Document/Record Control Procedures which includes:
Receiving of project documents/records
Implementation of appropriate control stamps before distribution to respective copyholders
Distribution/Routing of documents /records to authorized copyholders within DCS parameters
Immediate retrieval of superseded documents/records from copyholders
Retrieval of controlled documents/records from copyholders upon their demobilization/separation from the company.
Systematic filing of documents/records
Safekeeping and maintenance of documents/records or information
Ensures timely distribution of project correspondences and transmittal to Client, subcontractors or concerned departments.
Monitoring on the status of construction drawings
Ensures completeness and regular updating of Document Control records.
Screens reproduction of controlled documents.
Other functions related to document management system.
Transmit billings and continuous follow-up to meet the SLA of concerned dept.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Amendable work in Marikina-Infanta Highway, Brgy. Bubuyan, Calamba City, Laguna 4027.
Willing to start asap.
