IT Support Technician

Our Client is recruiting for a Junior IT Support Technician to service clients in the hospitality and retail industries.

Assembly and deployment of PCs and Point of Sale (POS) equipment

Installation and setup of software, including IIS and SQL Server

Handling repairs and providing quotes for PCs and touchscreens

Addressing printer malfunctions and repairs

Preparation for deals and installation, ensuring readiness

Providing remote assistance to customers and field support personnel

Establishing cash registers, POS equipment, and customer databases

Configuration and implementation of LAN networks

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues

Configuring and setting up POS devices

Requirements:

Valid Drivers License

Experience in POS Systems installations or similar essential
