Printing Estimator/Customer Support

Kenwel Printers, a well established commercial printing and mailing company located in the Clintonville area in Columbus, Ohio is looking for an Estimator/Customer Support person with experience in the print industry. The individual will be responsible for preparing estimates and working directly with customers - addressing their project needs with a goal to satisfy. The Estimator/Customer Support person will provide customers with expert answers to questions about pricing, paper stock availability and project timelines and communicate details to the production team.

Qualifications:

Self-starter who works well in team environment

Excellent communication skills

Outgoing

Experience in the Graphic Communications/Printing industry

Customer Service experience preferred

Sales experience a plus

Computer experience using print estimating software

Ability to think quickly and solve problems

Attention to detail is a must

Essential Responsibilities

Providing outstanding customer support through both oral and written communications.

Maintain existing customer relationships and work to develop new customers.

Prepare and process quotes, orders, and sample requests.

Communicate with customers and follow-up promptly with quotes, requests, orders, and other tasks.

Work with sales representatives, administrative staff, production staff, suppliers, and customers on orders and projects, including pricing, technical specifications, and meeting deadlines.

When appropriate, advise customers on best strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.

Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

Learn and be able to communicate with customers about graphic communication, including but not limited to design principles, printing processes, paper options, and postal specifications.
