Our Company provides safety devices to Seniors nationwide helping them live safely at home!
We're located in Lakeville, MA in need of an additional Customer Service representative (CSR) for our customer support team
The members of our CSR team work directly with our clients providing information and resolving any issues that our customer accounts might face. CSR's are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives put themselves in their client’s shoes advocating for them when necessary.
Responsibilities include:
● Communicating effectively with our Client base.
● Answer phones.
● Order & Data entry.
● General office tasks.
● Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Skills:
● Associates degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
● 1-3 years of customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Must have experience with an accounting software.
● Excellent computer skills including knowledge of MS Office.
● Must be extremely reliable and trustworthy.
● Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
● Ability to pass a Background Check.
