About the role

As a Senior CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing enduring relationships with our consumers through the development and implementation of CRM campaign strategies. Leveraging your extensive experience in CRM, you will collaborate closely with our agency partner and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance consumer engagement and retention. You will lead the conception, planning, and execution of campaigns aimed at driving long-term consumer loyalty and business growth.

What can you expect to work on?

Identify opportunities for consumer engagement and retention within the CRM channel, proposing innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Lead the conception, planning, and execution of CRM campaign strategies targeting repeat consumers, collaborating closely with the agency partner and cross-functional teams.

Develop new and innovative approaches to address CRM challenges, continuously optimizing existing practices and introducing new ones.

Build and manage campaigns and automations within our CRM tool (Braze) to enhance consumer experiences.

Ensure that CRM lifecycles are regularly updated with seasonal messaging and creative content to drive engagement and meet business objectives.

Deliver consistent performance insights to key stakeholders, proactively responding to performance trends and ensuring alignment with targets.

What you bring:

4+ years of experience in CRM within a fast-paced D2C environment.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies from conception to execution.

Strong commercial acumen with experience working with KPIs and CRM metrics to drive business results.

Expertise in email marketing and segmentation, with hands-on experience in coordinating end-to-end campaign execution.

Familiarity with email marketing and campaign management tools; experience with Braze is preferred.

Creative, analytical, and commercially driven mindset, capable of balancing attention to detail with a strategic, cross-functional perspective.

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively partner with multiple business functions to achieve objectives.

You feel comfortable if not all processes are set in stone and are excited to drive to set a mark.

Excellent written and spoken communication in English, and German.
