Are you skilled in HRIS operations and passionate about ensuring accurate and efficient HR processes? Thompson Hospitality is looking for an HRIS Specialist and take charge of managing critical HRIS functions and supporting diverse HR operations.

Responsibilities:

Cash Out & Tips Reporting: Oversee and manage the reporting of cash out and tips, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

401k File Transfer: Facilitate the seamless transfer of 401k files within HR systems.

Approving Direct Deposits: Review and approve direct deposit requests within established guidelines.

Black Box Monthly Reports: Generate and analyze monthly reports from the Black Box system.

I-9 Audit: Conduct audits of I-9 forms to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.

File Transfer (WinSCP): Manage file transfers using iCIMS via WinSCP for efficient data exchange.

Multi-company Hire/Rehire Workflow: Handle the employee onboarding and rehiring process across multiple companies, utilizing administrative workflows and web wizards.

THS Management Bonus Reports for the COO: Generate and manage bonus reports for THS management, specifically for Maurice.

UKG Gadgets, Import tool, Manager workflow and trouble shoot.

Executive Meeting Slides: Prepare and compile HR-related slides for executive meetings.

Auditing for Payroll: Conduct audits for payroll-related matters including new hires, promotions, direct deposits, taxes, and supervisor data.

Quarterly WOTC Analysis: Perform quarterly analysis for Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is preferred.

Must have 3 to 5 years of Human Resources system experience.

Familiarity with HR principles and practices to understand the related functions of the Human Capital Systems.

Knowledge of Cognos or related report writing tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, maintain productivity and effectiveness in a fast-changing environment with sometimes conflicting priorities; able to prioritize workloads and resources to meet deadlines.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to converse with all levels of the organization.

Must be able to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.

Prior experience with UKG is desired.
