Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:

At least 16 Years Old

Consistency and reliability

Cheerful and positive attitude

Loves serving and helping others

Customer service oriented

Strong interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented

Able to multi-task

Works well independently and in a team environment

Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule

Have the ability to lift and carry 11-25 lbs on a regular basis

Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

This role is only applicable to candidates who are at least 16 years old, and younger than 18.

Every minor 14 through 17 years of age must have a working permit unless otherwise stated in Chapter 4109.

No person 16 or 17 who is required to attend school shall be employed:

Before 7 a.m. on any day that school is in session or 6 a.m. if the person was not employed after 8 p.m. the previous night

After 11 p.m. on any night preceding a day that school is in session.
