We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Enterprise Integration to lead our organization's efforts in integrating various systems, processes, and technologies across the enterprise. As the Head of Enterprise Integration, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of an integrated technology ecosystem that enables seamless data flow, enhances operational efficiency, and supports strategic business initiatives. You will lead a team of integration specialists and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to architect and execute robust integration solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning and Leadership: Develop and communicate a comprehensive vision and strategy for enterprise integration that aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the integration team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement;

Enterprise Integration Architecture: Define and maintain a scalable and flexible integration architecture that supports interoperability and data exchange across diverse systems and platforms. Architect integration solutions that enable real-time data synchronization, seamless workflow automation, and efficient business process orchestration;

Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate emerging technologies, standards, and tools related to integration, middleware, APIs, and data management. Make recommendations for technology adoption and investment based on business requirements, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability;

Integration Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integration projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria;

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to understand integration needs and requirements. Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels to facilitate collaboration and alignment across departments and functional areas;

Data Governance and Security: Establish data governance policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems. Implement robust security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data and mitigate cybersecurity risks;

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance and effectiveness of integration solutions. Continuously assess and optimize integration processes, workflows, and infrastructure to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred:

Proven track record of minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, and data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role;

Deep expertise in integration technologies and architectures, including ESBs, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based integration platforms;

Strong project management skills with experience leading complex integration projects from inception to completion;

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders;

Strategic thinker with a forward-thinking mindset and the ability to anticipate future integration needs and trends;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical, scalable solutions that meet business objectives.
