As a Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual designs across various mediums, ensuring they align with our brand identity and marketing objectives that resonate with our target audience. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver visually appealing and engaging design solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and create innovative and compelling designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to print collateral, digital assets, presentations, advertisements, and product packaging;

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines;

Conceptualize and execute design concepts that effectively communicate the desired message and brand identity;

Use graphic design software and tools to create high-quality visuals, illustrations, and layouts;

Ensure all design deliverables are visually consistent, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with brand standards;

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design strategies and concepts;

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as copywriters and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive visual and messaging integration;

Able to do editing and enhancing video footage to create compelling visual content.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience);

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects;

Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant tools;

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition;

Knowledge of current design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies;

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback;

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
