Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
Provides administrative support and performs general duties for Table Games Operations
Prepares and distributes daily schedules and work assignments for the Table Games department using company scheduling software applications
Communicates to the Table Games management team in a timely manner when known scheduling conflicts arise
Researches and creates correspondence, reports, forms, charts and graphs
Ensures competency of work from the standpoint of grammar, composition, and format
Assists with departmental files and records
Places, accepts, and screens telephone calls and refers calls to others, as appropriate
Prepares and distributes daily schedules and work assignments for the Table Games departments
Must be able to operate fax machines and photocopiers
Makes copies for departments as requested in a timely manner according to established quality standards
Maintains strict confidentially of all files, communications, and information in the conduct of company business

Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year experience in a secretarial or administrative position
Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with scheduling programs preferred (Virtual Roster)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Capacity to work independently with minimal direction
Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
On occasion, must be able to tolerate areas containing high noise levels and bright lights
Knowledge of the hotel/casino industry a plus
Successful or better performance against Performance Appraisal Standards
Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day to day operations
Compliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirement
Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
Knowledge of and compliance with department, property and company policies and procedures
Previous payroll experience helpful
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
