The Controller will oversee the companies day-to-day financial operations. Additionally the Controller will support the company's strategy in a partnership with the CFO. The successful candidate will be able to work at a detailed level, understanding every nuance of the accounting process and the transactional data in the general ledger, financial statements and compliance documents. They also need a strategic mind set to help the company achieve it's short and long term goals.

Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, General Accounting, Payroll and Revenue Recognition.

Prepare and publish timely internal and external financial reporting: monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flows..

Develop accounting policies, ensure adequate controls are in place and oversee all financial procedures.

Manage the process of tracking performance against budgets, forecasts and assisting management in identifying necessary corrective actions.

Assist in the definition and maintenance of key metrics reports.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

2+ years of experience as a Controller and/or managing a significant accounting function.

Recent experience with manufacturing processes, and cost accounting is required.

Comfortable in a highly fluid, entrepreneurial environment.
