Accounting Manager

This position could be at the Senior Accountant or Senior Manager level as well reporting to their Controller.

Two days on site required in Cambridge

Our client, a late stage clinical biotech company on the verge of commercialization is building their accounting group in preparation for significant growth.

This position is an add to staff for someone out of the biotech industry who has a foundation in the manufacturing and commercial inventory side side of accounting.

The selected candidate will also be involved in a variety of other accounting activities including the monthly close, revenue recognition, SEC reporting and clinical trial accruals.

The ideal candidate will have a least six years of accounting experience with multiple years of experience in a commercial biotech environment.

Specific experience with a manufacturing and inventory focus is needed.

Public accounting experience is desired but not required
