Hiring: Franchise Sales Manager

Location: Farmers Branch, TX
The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for producing increment revenue through outbound sales calls. The Franchise Sales Manager’s responsibilities include finding, qualifying, and closing prospective franchise partners to join the Yogurtland community.

Duties:
Manage the franchise recruitment and disclosure process.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies and tactics.
Qualify and assess franchise candidates.
Execute the franchise growth strategy for the company.
Manage the franchise sales pipeline from the initial inquiry to awarding of franchise.
Develop solid leads of existing restaurant operators in targeted DMAs. Promptly and diligently respond to and follow up on all inquiries.
Enhance prospect flow by networking in your markets, attending trade shows, etc.
Execute one-on-one sales meetings.
Work collaboratively with the Franchise Development team as well as Franchise Operations, Real Estate, Construction, Accounting, and Legal as required.
Requirements:
College degree required, advanced degree preferred, preferably in business, marketing, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven candidate engagement skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing.
Preferably, experience in the food service industry.
Demonstrated experience in managing/leading people, handling multi-million dollar budgets, and devising business strategies.
Experience in franchise operations, sales, and development.
Minimum of 5 years of successful selling experience in franchise sales, commercial real estate, or strategic sales.
Thorough understanding of franchise agreements and practices.
Ability to effectively run and organize a franchise program while establishing a quality lead generation system.
Documented track record of consistent achievement.
Non-traditional experience is a plus.
