Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to technical projects, finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve Products, techniques, procedures, and technologies. You will support the design and development of new ideas and solutions for new product development as well as supporting current products modification and improvements based on in service needs and market strategy. You will support the concept, design and implementation of manufacturing processes for new products.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manufacturing Process Design

+ Technical documentation

+ Mechanical fixture design and support

+ Drawing and 3D modeling

+ Process data analysis

+ Engineering troubleshooting and support

+ Technical reporting

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering

+ 3 to 5 years experience working in the Semiconductor Assembly Industry

+ Some experience developing new products or sustaining existing product ranges

+ Some experience in a highly regulated or safety critical domain

+ Mechanical or Process Engineering degree

+ Previous experience with sensor design and assembly

+ Statistical and data analysis experience

+ Previous experience with or exposure to the following:

+ Wire bonding

+ Die pick and place

+ Adhesive dispense and attach

+ PCB Assembly and Singulation

+ Plasma cleaning
