Position Description
Support the senior Project Management team with their daily activities of coordinating the deployment of Edge services for end user commercial customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of project plans, project schedules, and budgets.
· Review time logging for all project resources.
· Coordinate project meetings.
· Be responsible for the logistic/hardware process by completing shipping requests and identifying hardware leads/delays.
Required Skills & Experience
· 2-3 years’ exposure to technology implementation projects
· Familiarity with business Information technology such as networking, network security, phone systems, workstations, servers, Wifi.
· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills including the ability to provide diligent, prompt, and courteous responses to users’ questions or issues.
· Highly organized.
· Effective communication skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical.
