Hood – kitchen hood cleaning, technical services, and repair
Fire – Fire protection & suppression systems
Grease – grease trap cleaning and line jetting
Your Typical Day
This is a traveling position, including regular overnight stays. This is a requirement
Clean and certify multiple kitchen exhaust systems throughout each casino location
Clean rooftop exhaust fans and surrounding areas
Installation of auxiliary items including access panels, hinge kits, and grease containment systems
Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing NELBUD
Previous experience with Kitchen Exhausts is highly preferred. We will train you if you do not have the experience, but some previous knowledge of the exhaust system is required.

What Will You Bring?
Valid driver’s license – company truck provided from shop to job site
Ability to work overnight varying shifts times - Some overnight travel is required
Ability to access and tolerate small spaces and work in high places
Ability to work on your feet for long periods. This position is very labor intensive.
