Job Description

JANI-KING OF DAYTON, is seeking a motivated individual, experienced in Sales and Business development to lead a team of employees responsible for assisting with the successful growth of our franchise owner community and ensuring customer satisfaction to our clients.

This individual must have a successful sales and management background with the ability to recruit, develop, administer and motivate staff and local franchisees. Additionally, our perfect candidate will be responsible for providing our franchisees and clients the support, training, and customer service needed to continually represent and uphold the Jani-King commercial cleaning standard.

The position requires the the applicant to be assertive, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and hard working. Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

Applicant should have excellent communication skills and not be afraid to speak in front of an audience. They must be comfortable meeting with high level executives and other members of management from some of Jani-King's current and prospective clients. No Overnight Travel.

The right candidate will possess:

- Highly polished professional appearance and demeanor.

- The desire to learn all aspects of commercial cleaning.

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning with Large Facilities or Large Venues a plus.

- Intermediate Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft office.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Very assertive and confident.

- Strong sales and customer service skills.

- Ability to manage others and work with a large franchise community.

- Able to conduct and lead weekly meetings with staff and franchisees.

- Valid driver's license and background check required.Company Description
