LHH Recruitment Solutions (fka Accounting Principals) is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator for a client of ours in Middleburg Heights, OH. This is an excellent opportunity to join a very stable, global organization.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other teams to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and input invoices into ERP.
Perform thorough 3-way matching of vendor invoices with purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in data, pricing, and payment details.
Conduct vital research on vendor statements for unpaid invoices and payment issues.
Address vendor and branch inquiries promptly, providing effective solutions.
Analyze expense invoices, allocating payments to appropriate cost centers for branch approval.
Manage material processing invoices, ensuring correct purchase order numbers and receiving documents for matching.
Handle internal debits and supplier credits, tracking owed credits and ensuring proper application to vendor payments.
Maintain vendor accounts and update information accurately and regularly.
Provide administrative support for audits, compiling data and preparing reports.
Assist with year-end inventory tasks, including data entry.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts payable experience
Detail oriented, strong data entry skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Job Type: Contract 6 months with potential for hire
Schedule: Mon – Fri 8 – 5 Fully in office
Pay: $21 – 24/hr.
