Job Title - Process Lead - Project Management
Job Summary:
Associate will be responsible for supporting the PMO with tasks related to the internal project management front of the GHAR team which would include aspects like new resource on boarding, managing inhouse project management tool, validating internal time consumption data, coordinating with the local support teams (IT, HR, Finance etc.), managing access request & ensuring timely closure via regular follow ups & coordination along with resolution of internal queries to ensure smooth business flow.
On boarding of new joiners
Coordinating with the IT, HR & Admin team for smooth on boarding & new joiner queries
Internal project management tool
Maintenance & validation of reported data to ensure accuracy
Internal queries management
Travel, attendance, reimbursement, success factors, training platforms etc.
Monthly time consumption analysis report & timesheet data validation
Generating monthly time consumption report & validation of timesheet data
Managing access request
Ensuring timely closure of access requests via regular follow up & coordination
Coordinating internal team events
Communication channel management
Management of email & other communication groups
Internal folder centre Management
Maintenance & cleansing of GHAR internal folder
Planning & coordinating travel requests
Coordinating with admin team to plan & organize domestic/international visits
Building corporate level presentations with time & experience
Data reporting related tasks
Global access management between UK & India and aspects on this front.
Ad hoc support
New tasks allocated by the Head of GHAR based on the need and requirements
Candidate Pre-requisites:
