Senior Salesforce Developer

The Opportunity:

Looking to solve development challenges in a highly agile and innovative development environment? Flextrack is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to work on an exciting VMS product which leverages the Salesforce platform.

Day to Day you will:

• Work directly with business to understand corporate vision and requirements, and translate them into appropriate technical specifications

• Lead development teams during implementations

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine application requirements

• Develop and configure a multitenant, distributed application using Salesforce technology

• Assisting users with questions, support, and adoption of the platform

• Providing timely and effective solutions to technical complexities and challenges

• Executing unit testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing to ensure requirements are met

It would be amazing if you have:

• 5 years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.

• Strong development skills using Configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Lightning Web Components

• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes

• Can effectively communicate technical issues in non technical terms to stakeholders

• Well versed in Salesforce products and industry best practices related to design, development, testing, business processes, workflow, reporting and sustainment

• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent qualifications

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce Digital Experience (Communities)

• Web development experience using JQuery/Javascript, Angular JS, React or Vue.js

• Strong integration experience: ETL tools, various integration endpoints (CRM, ERP, BI, Data warehouse)

• Strong Experience in using Salesforce development and deployment tools/techniques. Such as, Visual Source Studio Code, ANT, Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Jenkins, GitHub, BitBucket, Eclipse

• Active certifications:

o Salesforce Certified Administrator

o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II

o Any of the Salesforce Architect Certifications
