Responsibilities:

Machine setup planning, scheduling and coordination

Writing and editing CNC codes

Identify and resolve malfunctions with 20 CNC machine

Accurate record keeping and documentation for jobs

Fixture and tools selection

Ensure accuracy and quality control for all jobs

Use setup package to appropriately setup machine for specific job.

Address any issues with appropriate department or supervisor

First article approval

Provide direction to operators on preparation, loading, checking and unloading

Machine tear down as needed

Provide assistance with coaching and mentorship to other team members in regards to setup/teardown and maintenance

Requirements:

5+ years of CNC Machining and Programming experience

Certified Machinist is an asset

Experience with Makino Horizontal Milling Machines

Must be comfortable with lifting 50lbs repeatedly
