Temporary Manager, Claims Management

What will you do?

In this vital role, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities designed to enhance both our external and internal communicative relationships:

- Engage actively with Dealers and Business Partners to update retail sales campaigns, analyze sales target achievements, and manage campaign claims.

- Drive the execution of assigned projects and ensure the proper implementation of monthly sales campaigns.

- Oversee the calculation of dealer target performance and manage the reimbursement claims from dealers.

- Monitor payouts to dealers and assist in insurance projects or other campaigns related to Customer Services.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance Controlling, Accounting, and Customer Service departments.

- Assist in sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless integration and execution across departments.

- Contribute to the analysis and reporting of sales data, facilitating informed decision-making and strategy development.

Who are we looking for?

· Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

· At least 3 years of working experience, with a preference for those with a background in automobile sales or the automotive industry.

· A deep understanding of the automotive industry and sales processes.

· Proficiency in English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication skills.

· Strong capabilities in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Analytical mindset with outstanding skills in data analysis, interpersonal communication, customer service, and time management.

· The ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to completing projects with urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
