Senior Engineer - Production (CNC, VMC Machines or Machining industry)

Your Tasks :

Managing CNC machine-Programming/set-ups & resolving issues

Involve overseeing production line & maintain safety protocols.

Ensuring productivity, quality control

Coordination with other support department to optimize efficiency & meet the production targets

Handle the individual shift with minimum headcount approx. 40 to 50 nos.

Analysis & reporting of daily production with loss & action plan

Your Profile :

Background should be from automotive Mfg. industry.

Hand on experience with minimum BE 4 to 6 yrs. & DME – 8 to 10 yrs.

Basic awareness of IATF, VDA, OHSAS and ISO 14001,TPM, 5’S’ & lean concepts

Strong Leadership skill, excellent communication abilities to multitask effectively. Must be comfortable working in all 3 shits.

Should have a solid understanding of production process,quality controls standards and health safety regulations.
