Quality Assurance Test Assistant Manager

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Key player in implementation and management of the Quality Management System

Support Quality Management Representative through Internal Audits.

Provide technical support and training in the Material Testing & Tool Calibration sections.

Evaluate department processes; recommend process and product improvements.

Handle customer complaints and resolutions

Maintain EV Efficiency and Environmental Chamber Testing processes.

Review EV Models certifications and maintain records.

Conduct product testing and first article and final inspections when needed.

Communicate with customers, suppliers, certification bodies and governmental agencies regarding quality and compliance issues.

Work with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

Collaborate with management to set quality goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve them.

Continuously improve the testing and evaluation process to ensure that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Preferences

Required:

A bachelor’s degree of higher

Advance Metrology Skills. Efficient operation and knowledge of Dynamometer and Environmental chamber operations

Knowledge of automotive systems, including EV, chassis, and electronic systems.

Ability to understand, read and establish fluent technical English conversations.

Excellent communication skills.

Great problem definition and problem solution tool application

Preferred:

Experience with projects that encouraged participation in related departments.
