Job Description
Position Summary:
A shipping and receiving auditor ensures the accuracy and timely receipt, labeling and shipment of product through the warehouse. Performs quality inspections and audits in accordance with quality assurance program guidelines to prevent or eliminate errors due to overages, shortages, or non-compliant materials.
Essential Functions:
Auditing 3% of total cases for each scheduled day both by breakdown and weighted audits.
Input drops in WMS
Consolidate bills and reconcile product
Input indirect time
Aid with Slot exceptions
Marginal Functions:
Makes recommendations to stop shipment and shortages of materials based on quality issues.
Provides feedback to coworkers regarding quality issues.
Operates powered industrial equipment
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Job Specifications:
Highschool diploma or GED
Attention to Detail
Diligent and punctual
Excellent organizations and time management skills
Demonstrated problem solving abilities
Must be able to follow specific instructions thoroughly and accurately
Able to lift 65lbs safely as required
Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed due to customer requirements
