Nurse Practitioner - Coumadin / Anticoagulation

Full-time Coumadin Nurse Practitioner needed at a top facility in Southern Oregon!

No new grads, must have anticoagulation experience.

Clinic is open 8am 6pm. Will be responsible for anticoagulation assessments for patients taking Coumadin or Warfarin, including education and/or treatment for acute and chronic health problems along with preventative care. This is a 0.75 FTE position. Shifts are 10 hours.
