Edfinancial Services of El PasoTX is looking to hire 5-7 full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first line of communication for our clients on the phone, through chat, or email. Whether answering simple questions or solving complex problems, you are patient and friendly. You always put yourself in the callers’ shoes and listen carefully to their needs. The key to your success is that you never give up or lose your cool. You are all about following through and resolution. Most of our customers are appreciative of our exceptional customer service, but occasionally one of them is frustrated. You don't take it personally, and your professionalism and kindness usually turn things around. You will have round-the-clock support from senior agents and leadership who are just a phone call away when you need assistance. You get great satisfaction out of making the student loan experience easy for busy students, parents, and graduates!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

High school diploma

Computer skills

Exceptional customer service and phone skills

Bilingual

We will train the right person on the technical aspects of our software and best practices. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you comfortable talking on the phone? Do you enjoy building relationships with people? Are you team-oriented? Do you have creative problem-solving skills? If so, you might just be perfect for this Customer Service Representative position!

WORK SCHEDULE This position requires open availability. Schedule selections are made every 3 months based on performance

Hours of Operation (EST) Mondays 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Tuesday - Thursdays 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.

We will train the right person on the technical aspects of our software and best practices, but to be considered for this role you must Have:

· A high school diploma (degree preferred)

· Good Navigation and Computer skills

· Exceptional customer service and phone skills

·The Ability to obtain a federal security clearance

· The willingness to take a drug screening consent to a background check

You must also be fluent in Spanish and be willing to work on site (option to work remotely after 6 months of employment may be given if an employee has excellent job performance)
