1st Americare Home Health currently is looking for a Full-time LPN to assist with clinical aspects caring for our adult Home Health Care patient in Round Hill, VA.

Available Schedules:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7pm-7am (nights)

Responsibilities/Duties:

Follows plan of care as indicated by provider.

Able to work with a large variety of patient populations and their families.

Medication administration and treatments as indicated by disease process and provider order.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required: LPN License

Required: Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19

Required: Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance

Required: Negative PPD test or negative chest X-Ray if PPD was positive

Required: Active Basic Life Support Certificate or higher

Required: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required: Ability to prioritize tasks with considerable efficiency

Required: Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $37.00 - $47.00 per hour
