We are currently seeking manufacturing candidates for heavy industrial work to join our team in our box plant in Minneapolis, MN. Primary Duties Include:

Safely performing a wide range of tasks to operate manufacturing machinery

Performing quality checks

Producing a product meeting customer specifications and expectations

Ability to lift, push and/or pull 50lbs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the shift

Required to work daily overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on workload

Contribute to a collaborative safety culture that drives results.

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience with Corrugator Unit, Flexographic Printing Press, Box Folding Machine, Plate Roller (Preferred)

Ability to perform machine setups for production runs

Shop math skills for accurate measurements and calculations

Experience with machine safety inspections

You should be proficient in:

Machine Setups for Production Runs

Tool/Die/Mold Setup Experience

Quality Inspection Experience

Machine Safety Inspections

Meets Physical Requirements

Shop Math Skills

$22.44 - $27.76 / hr
