Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant with Case Management Consulting!

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant seeking an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on cutting-edge projects? We are currently looking for a skilled professional to join our team at Case Management Consulting. In this role, you will be researching, or implementing best practices for web accessibility, usability, or technical implementation.

Duties:

Provide administrative services for the Data & Digital Innovation (DDI) Component's Office of Plans, Programs, and Strategy (QA). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, support in accordance with the following items to ensure the efficient execution of NGA's business support operations and administrative actions necessary for DDI/QA.

Provide administrative duties such as:

Scheduling and coordinating meetings, calendars, and events;

Gathering, inputting, and retrieving electronic data;

Maintaining files and folders;

Researching and analyzing information and data to prepare reports, presentations, and papers;

Preparing routine correspondence in accordance with NGA standards;

Preparing and distributing briefing and read-ahead materials;

Maintaining office supplies,

Initiating equipment trouble tickets or replacement, and coordinating office moves.

Possess experience working with other NGA directorates and with NGA systems such as Peoplesoft, conference room scheduling tool, DTS tool and scheduling, setting up VTCs/telecons/IC Connects, outlook calendars and scheduling, Webex scheduling/facilitating meetings in Webex

Work on multiple projects with varying deadlines under fast-paced conditions; must be able to adjust working hours as necessary to accomplish the mission.

Prepare periodic tasker and staff package status reports and develop metrics to keep leadership aware of late, pending, and new actions.

Use the Microsoft Office Suite to create, review, maintain, and edit SOPs and informational products.

Develop pertinent information and provide to the Government POC for communication to varied audiences (e.g. NGA, DoD, IC, Federal Government, Congress, the media, the public, the international community, and private industry)

Extract and organize information for briefings, read-ahead and other materials and/or recording and publishing Meeting Minutes with particular attention to detail and quality Collect, process, organize, and manage records in accordance with appropriate NGA Instructions or guidelines.

Transfer data across various networks as needed.

Schedule conference rooms and coordinate VTC connectivity, and ensure appropriate read ahead support is provided to attendees.

Organize and support various NGA, IC, and DoD joint meetings, forums, and events, as required.

With the assistance of the Government lead, establish milestones and schedules with wide latitude for independent judgement regarding the resolution of staff and administrative management problems.

Perform a wide range of functions and tasks, which require vision, leadership, and proficiency in developing, explaining and supporting policy implementation

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 7-10 yrs experience within related field

Requires an active Top Secret Clearance

Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, such as general/Flag Officers, Civilian SESs, or corporate equivalents

Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.

Basic understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense desired

At least 2 years demonstrated experience analyzing job-related problems and recommending solutions requiring coordination across multiple areas, disciplines, and organizations.

Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in planning and implementing programs/projects involving diverse objectives.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in taking instructions, meeting deadlines, and completing assignments or actions in accordance with established administrative processes and procedures.

Develop pertinent information and provide to the Government POC for communication to varied audiences (e.g. NGA, DoD, IC, Federal Government, Congress, the media, the public, the international community, and private industry).

Skill of problem identification, analysis, and resolution is central to the effective conduct of their activities as is the ability to work from an Agency perspective.

Provide administrative support to the Director of QA

Providing administrative process, procedure, and PC software knowledge.
