Succession PathwayResponsibilities and Duties

Perform equipment and parts repairs in a safe, responsible, professional manner.

Work effectively and professional with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.

Ability to work as an individual and in a team environment.

Complete service tasks within time guidelines and repair estimates.

Operate equipment as needed to complete repairs and set-up.

Prepare parts and material lists using both computer and written forms.

Complete service paperwork daily. Service reports to be completed in detail with all required information.

Communicate effectively and clearly with management concerning repair status. Report immediately any problems or previously unseen damage or repairs.

Field service truck and or work area to be kept clean, orderly, and maintained.

Must comply with all company policies and government regulations.Qualifications

Vocation, technical degree and/or equivalent work experience.

Knowledge of crane fundamentals and operations is a must. This includes crawler, hydraulic truck, and rough terrain cranes.

Must have excellent knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and can-bus systems.

Ability to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics.

Must have strong troubleshooting skills.

Should possess basic math and science skills

Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.

Must be self-motivated and conscientious

Conduct and appearance must reflect a positive company image

Able to work overtime hours as needed.

Ability to successfully pass a Drug Test and Background Check.Physical Requirements

Required to stand, kneel, sit, and bend for extended periods of time.

Must be able to manage stress in a fast-paced environment.

Required to use computers and diagnostic equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, and lift 75 pounds regularly and repeatedly and to use hands.

Ability to work in harsh environments.

Must have the ability to enter, exit and maneuver around trucks, vehicles, and equipment

Must have the ability to operate motor vehicles and construction equipment day and night.
