Job Summary
Receive, process, and monitor fulfillment of orders from campus departments for materials and services.
Primary Responsibilities
Creates work orders based on oral or written requests from campus customers after clarifying their requirements.
Enters information, such as name, address, article to be repaired, or service to be rendered.
Prepares work orders, schedules service calls, and dispatches service crews.
Tracks work order status
Collects, verifies, and processes time and materials transactions in the financial system
Keeps record of service calls and work orders.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Approximate starting hourly rate: $24.00 - $27.00. The wage offered could be above or below range based on education and experience as it relates to the job description.
